Dry hire is when you hire a machine, equipment, or vehicle without a driver. You hire the machinery alone.  A mini excavator is a smaller excavator. Excavators are labelled according to tonnes. A mini excavator weighs 1- 1.7 tonnes. Therefore, a dry hire mini excavator is a smaller excavator that weighs 1-1.7 tonnes that can be hired without a driver or operator.

The mini excavator's capabilities are the same as the standard excavator's. Their advantage is that they can work in small spaces.  The mini excavators feature the traditional components of an excavator as a smaller size.

What makes a mini excavator?

The excavator is a smaller version of the big usual excavator. It is made up of a boom, dipper, and a bucket that is connected to the cab that sits on the rotating house.
